RESS Company provides roof equipment rental and rooftop delivery services to local contractors in need. The rented equipment must be scheduled within the booking calendar and a separate $250 fee is associated with each booking scheduled. Please note that any hourly gap in time scheduled will be subject to additional charges. Most equipment is subject to a maximum 8 hour rental period which includes a 1/2 hour grace period for delivery/pickup per order. Any overnight equipment rental will be subject to additional charge for shelter accommodations. A $200 (30 min.) overtime charge will be assessed to each order and charged accordingly thereafter per extended order. The overtime charge will be refunded if unused. Equipment rental/delivery services are available for approved contractors/projects within an 60 mile radius of branch locations. All renters are required to obtain equipment rental insurance.
Our service(s) requires proper securement of personnel. If appropriate securement is not available, our personnel shall properly secure themselves to the roof system. Equipment delivery personnel not to be held responsible for any penetration(s) when doing so.
RESS Company is not responsible for the operation of equipment and/or the training for use thereof. The contractor holds all liability involving the presence and use of rented equipment once the delivery is made, and holds responsibility of all rented equipment and associated items thereof until the items are retrieved from the premises by RESS Company, regardless of any lapse in time the equipment and any associated items have been rented for.
